T-GEM Healthcare are a home care agency providing a range of services aimed at ensuring that all of our Clients receive the highest standards of care possible.

It is a very difficult time when a loved one's health starts failing  or they need a bit of extra support to stay living in their own home.  Nobody really wants to go into a care home so that's where we step in.

We provide home care services to Clients whether that is a 30 minute visit or a live in carer, we can provide the service.  Whether they need companionship and a bit of banter or help with day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning, gardening, walking the dog, help with personal care....  Whatever help is needed, we work with Clients and their families to provide the help and support they need to remain living independently in their own home.
